Project: Wild Heifer Coffee Logo Sign

I recently worked with two friends who are starting their own mobile coffee stand, The Wild Heifer. They asked me to create a unique, glowing sign for them, similar to the Spidey-themed LED light I made before.

This project gave me the chance to improve my crafting process, which helped me reduce waste. I started with the logo’s vector graphic, which I already had, and added an extra border in Lightburn to fit the 10mm LED strips. This also left me with four stylish laser-cut wooden logos that could be used as decor or sold.

For a change, I used CA glue instead of wood glue because it sets faster, although it requires quick work. The finished sign is sleek and a definite upgrade from my previous LED projects. Working with The Wild Heifer was great fun, and I’m excited to see their stand in action and try some coffee!
